📋 File Format Instructions
Your CSV/Excel file can have two formats:
Format 1: Bills Only
Columns: bill_number, title, description, category, chamber, status, vote_date, total_yes, total_no, total_abstain
Format 2: Bills + Individual Votes
Columns: bill_number, title, description, category, chamber, status, vote_date, total_yes, total_no, total_abstain, official_name, vote
Each row should have the official's full name and their vote (Yes/No/Abstain/Not Voting)
✓ Tips:
- • Use exact official names as they appear in the Officials page
- • Date format: YYYY-MM-DD (e.g., 2025-01-20)
- • System handles misspellings and name variations automatically
- • Categories: Healthcare, Economy, Environment, Education, Defense, Infrastructure, Immigration, Civil Rights, Tax, Other
